When I don't have time to make my lunch, much less know what I want to eat, I usually keep working until I'm so hungry that sitting at my computer seems like insurmountable torture and I am left no choice but to peel myself away and
walk (drive) to Whole Foods. Sometimes there is nothing more satisfying or energizing than a great mix of fruit, nuts and perhaps a little chocolate. It's the perfect snack in one. I came across this great recipe from
PepperLynn earlier and thought I might pass it along... just in case you ever find yourself starving, and lacking a sense of what actually sounds good.
