Honey Mango Smoothie

■½ large ripe mango, peeled
■1 cup of peaches
■1 cup of kefir plain yogurt
■2 Tablespoons of honey
■1 cup crushed ice (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a large blender and mix until smooth and combined. Serve immediately
Makes enough for 2.
