I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! With all that has been going on in the world, from far away in Japan to things very close to home I have been feeling a little heavy-hearted lately, but when I came across this editorial it immediately made my day a little happier.
I hope all of you do something this weekend that makes you a little happier-- spending time with friends and family, buying flowers, working out, eating healthy, sitting outside in the sun, reading a good book or catching up on sleep!
