Healthy Benefits
Lately, I have been eating tons of pomegranates. I get the already seeded ones, because I'm lazy... but needless to say, they are delicious! And the best part is, they are actually really good for you. Southern Living just did a feature on the 5 reasons pomegranates make you healthier. Apparently, they keep your teeth clean, they regulate cholesterol, they can prevent arthritis, they are a great source of fiber and they protect your skin.

If you have never tried pomegranates, besides drinking the juice, I suggest you do! The already seeded ones are available everywhere from Wal-Mart to Whole Foods.
